Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015 (“FRIMLINE" or “We”, “we” or “Us”, “us” or “Our”, “our”) and you (“You”, “you” or “Your”, “your”), a User of FRIMLINE website.     Grievance Mechanism: FRIMLINE will acknowledge receipt of your complaints or grievances within 24 hours of receipt of your complaint or grievances. FRIMLINE will redress your complaint or grievances within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of your complaints or grievances.

    In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, for every complaint or grievance lodged, FRIMLINE will provide you a ticket number and you can track the status of your complaint.

    1.  GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
